Catholic Relief Services(CRS), an international humanitarian and development organization based in Yaoundé, is looking for qualified candiates to fill the positions below for Key Interventions to Develop Systems and Services for OVC(KIDS) project in Cameroon.

The overall goal of KIDSS is to improve capacities of Government of Cameroon(GRC), community networks, and families/caregivers to provide high quality care and support services to orphans and vulnerable(OVC) through funding from USAID from June 2014 through June 2019. The project will be implemented in Yaoundé, Douala and Bamenda.

Deputy Chief of Party(DCoP)

• Oversee community level implementation, including model implementation and capacity strengthening of CSOs and CENC; 
• Supervise CSO support team;
• service as acting Chief of Party in the absence of the Chief of Party.

Key Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services, health or other relevant field;
• Fluency in English and French

Experience

• At least 5 years of project management experience working with community-based OVC programming and/or capacity strengthening;
• experienced in working with the Church and local government authorities.
