The Talent Lead GCSA and WACA is responsible for delivering the end to end Talent Management process (Resourcing, talent programmes, learning and Development L&D).
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
5 years’ experience in Human Resources/Recruitment
Superior organizational skills and capabilities
Understands and has a deep knowledge of Resourcing Process and associated policies, procedures and practices and advises on them
HR Administration experience
Excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written)
Excellent stakeholders management
Strong leadership capabilities
Expert in the use of Brassring and associated resourcing technology
Highly organised and efficient
Microsoft Office expertise (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Embrace the Management of the Resourcing Process Attraction:
Manages the end to end recruitment process: Advert on Brassring following the WORKDAY notification. Headhunting for L5+ roles
Selection:
Conducts 1st and 2nd level CVs screening to provide 5-8 candidates to the Hiring Manager based on the agreed criteria for the role
Resourcing Management:
Creates a comprehensive annual resourcing plan in line with business goals articulated by Business Partners and uses this to direct resourcing activities
Works with HR Business Partners in building internal succession plans / talent pipelines.
Manages communications with candidates, hiring managers and HRBPs around the Resourcing process
Update the Talent Coordinator, HRBPs and Africa First Point in Market teams about the interviews next steps
Analyses metrics, reports emerging trends and produces and supplies statistical information on request and as standard reports
Coach, support and challenge managers in the application of HR tools and practices for resourcing, provide advice and guidance on complex resourcing matters and ensures compliance to global resourcing policy
Ensures an excellent and consistent experience for managers and candidates
Embrace the Management of the Talent/Performance Management and L&D Processes
Manages the coordination and liaison of external facilitators/coaches for non-functional training and support for maintaining a listing of preferred vendors.
Manages and facilitates trainings, schedule participants, arranges and ensures appropriate facilities and maintains training records
Prepares and participates in PTR sessions
Manages and facilitates the logistics and trainings of the Diageo Corporate Induction for new starters.
Responsible for locally added Diageo Academy content integrity – Role incumbent will administer course load, schedule participants, arranges and ensures appropriate faculty and maintains training records
