TRANSAFRIQUE LOGISTICS S.A (TALCSA) leader of road transportation in CEMAC zone requires the services of an experience and competent Operations Manager based in Douala to be responsible for the overall management of Operations departement.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years professional experience in logistics Management inside Cameroun - preferably transport and the management of trucks
• Qualifications in logistics, transport, engineering and or economics/business including a demonstration of managing large staff count.
• Experience in financial controls-including \"OPEX\" and budget.
• Geographical experience of Cameroun and adjacent countries - good knowledge of road conditions, legal requirements concerning the transport sectors and governing requirements.
• Preferable port experience and knowledge of import and export requirements including the rules and regulations of the Port and surrounding areas.
• Bilingual - French and English non negotiable. Driving license non negotiable. proficient in computer skills(Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good verbal communication skills (spoken and written) including reporting skills.
• HSE - qualified and experienced individual - all rounder required. Experience in defensive driving techniques will be an added advantage.
