FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD

The CBC is seeking to select a Certified/Chartered Accountant (a member of ONECCA) to audit the CBC financial statement for 4 successive accounting periods each lasting from January 1 to December 31, for the years 2012 to 2015. This audit contract is with the stipulation that each successive year\'s audit is satisfactory.

For 2012 accounts, a draft audit report should be submitted by December 31,2013.A final signet audit report should be submitted with certified statements and management letter by January 5, 2013.

For accounts on the following years a draft audit report should be submitted by April 30. A final audit report should be submitted with certified statements and management letter by May 31. The financial statements for the financial year will be available no later than March 15 following the end of the financial year.

External auditors will present the annual audit report to the CBC Finance and Development Board.
