GMG Global Ltd (GMG) is a Singapore stock exchange listed rubber producer with integrated capabilities extending from planning, cultivating, tapping and processing, to the marketing and exporting of natural rubber.

Through its various subsidiaries and associates, the Group currently manages many rubber plantations and processing plants across Africa and Asia.

Due to expansion of its plantation activities, GMG international S.A hiring the following positions:

Manager/ Senior manager, Regional Legal

Job summary:

Effective management and provision of all legal advisory services to all its African region’s subsidiaries to ensure their contracts are effectively and efficiently avoidance of all legal and contractual risk

Main requirements:

• Master degree or equivalent in law or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as practicing or corporate lawyer.
• Familiar with central and western Africa different lows, in particular, legal aspect of capital markets.
• Fluent in English.
• Can work independently and effective in problem solving under very complex situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional image and demeanor with internal and external peoples.
