TANDYL Limited is looking to recruit a highly experience TECHNICAL DIRECTOR to work on various Projects.

• Civil engineer and project management training
• Relevant experience in building, roads and bridges construction will be highly appreciated.
• Relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects
• He / she will supervise and coordinate technical works. He / she will be the main link between senior management and field teams.
• The candidate will be able to offer in a timely coherent specifications for civil works that will be entrusted to him and ensure compliance of deliveries of work to be entrusted with the initial set of specifications.
• The ideal candidate will be capable of technical innovation / organizational / managerial skills; be able to work under stress, and supervise a technical team.
• It should move smoothly out of the seat (at least 2-3 times per week);
• Professional experience: At least 12-15 years’ experience
• Be of good character.
• Must be Bilingual (French, English)
