JOB ADVERT: LOGISTICS AGENT

TASKS OF THE POST :

As a logistic Agent you are in charge of receiving and warehousing  goods in a warehouse. Also, make sure of preparing the goods for shipping. You will also treat the incoming purchase orders

JOB DESCIPTION :

• Warehouse management(inbound and outbound record and executive);
• Contact with transporter for cargo sending and receiving and tracking
• Internal communication with other department
• Related record summary
• If qualified, contact with declaration agent;
• Control the goods received with the help of transport documents ;
• Collect the goods from and order form ;
• Keep the shelves of the store in order ;
• Compose the loading units ;
• Take care of returned goods ;
• Run inventories of stocks 

REQUIREMENTS

• Being a Bachelor’s degree;
• Having worked at least a year has a similar station   ;
• Good command of MS office software ;
• Being bilingual (REQUIRED) ;

SKILLS

• Dynamic and concern for quality and home customers
• English-speaking,mandatory;
• Honest and obedience
• Carefulness, responsibility and self-motivation
• Simple Excel and word capability
• Motorcycle driving
