Job Summary
To instruct, examine & assess delegates primarily on Crane Operators Stage 3 & 4, but also to include Rigging & Lifting, Banksman/Slinging, HLO, Forklift Operations (if relevant to job holder's experience & qualifications), in various onshore/ offshore locations
Qualifications:
- Crane Operator experience essential with previous experience in a Skills Instructor/Assessor role preferred.
- Familiarity with Instructor/Assessor techniques and qualifications preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Qualifications and background experience of practical training being given.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic.
- Well developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people e.g. staff, clients, delegates.
- Proficient working knowledge of office IT systems including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
