Head of human, financial and material resources Departement

Mission : Organise and optimise the management of general resources of the Agency, especially human and financial resources.

Required Profile

• Master’s degree in management sciences or social sciences
• At least 10 years professional experience including 3 years at a similar position,
• preferably in a Public Administrative Institution
• Thorough understanding of business economics, of the stakes of SME competitiveness in Cameroon and business processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer care
