The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Promotion Agency (SMEPA) is recruiting 5 heads of Department

Head of the Department - Creation, development and restructuring of SMEs

Mission : Coordinate operations to support start creation and development operations

Required Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in economic sciences, management sciences or engineering (finances, statistics, industrial techniques)
• Significant and successful experience in supporting SME creators, in diagnostics and restructuring of enterprises
• Thorough understanding of business economics, and the stakes of competitiveness of SMEs in Cameroon
• Extensive knowledge of institutional environment, requireements for eligibility, support and placement of start-ups under incubation, development or restructuring
• Strong interpersonal skills
